• Delayed payments may affect delivery timelines and support availability.
• All service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project requirements, approvals, and required assets on time. Delays in feedback or materials may result in revised delivery dates.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to approved final deliverables, unless otherwise agreed. Nova Web Solutions (PVT) LTD retains rights to internal tools, reusable frameworks, methods, and pre-existing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nova Web Solutions (PVT) LTD will provide services with reasonable professional care. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including business interruption, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from use of services.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party services (hosting, domain, payment gateways, plugins, APIs). Their availability, security, and policies are managed by their respective providers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the applicable legal jurisdiction in Sri Lanka.
